on all new home construction.
PLAN REVIEW

For Fire Sprinkler Systems submit: 3 sets of Plans; include 1 set of Hydraulic Calculations.1.

For Fire Protection Systems submit 3 sets of Plans with all applicable specifications.

For Residential Propane Tanks submit 2 sets of Plans showing the building site with dimensions from the tank to the building, adjoining property lines and ignition sources. Plans may be 8 1/2 x 11.

Applicable Fees are due at time of pick-up. See application for fee schedule.

All Plans must meet current NFPA standards, Rio Verde Fire District standards and the 2018 International Fire Code.
